Patricia (“Tricia”) Cunningham has nearly two decades worth of experience representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims here in Georgia. Tricia’s clients include a wide variety of industries, such as manufacturing, healthcare, construction, retail, hospitality, and transportation. In addition, Tricia gained valuable experience working as an Attorney-Advisor in the Office of Hearings Operations with the Social Security Administration, where she drafted post-hearing appellate decisions related to Social Security Disability claims for various administrative law judges.
Tricia has taken hundreds of depositions, including medical experts, vocational experts, and fact witnesses. Tricia represents her clients through all levels of the workers’ compensation process, including at trial and the appellate process. She has represented clients in well over 100 cases that were brought to successful resolution either at trial or through the mediation process. In addition, Tricia enjoys putting together informative training presentations based on her clients’ needs to explain the nuances of Georgia workers’ compensation claims practice. Tricia was also a panel speaker at the Workers’ Compensation Institute in 2012.
In her free time, Tricia enjoys photography, reading non-fiction, writing, playing guitar, and long
walks with her beloved dog, Roxie.
